EVENT GENERAL INFORMATION
DATES: from Friday 4 till Saturday 12 March 2016 (9 Days TBC according to Nation’s Entries!!)
Events Men’s Teams.
Format 2 Singles + 1 Double per match (2/1 or 3/0)
1 Team = Minimum 2 players and Maximum 6 players + 1 non playing Captain.
Event Women’s Teams
Format best of 2 Doubles (2/0 or 2/1)
1 Team = Minimum 4 players and Maximum 6 players + 1 non playing Captain.
Al Nasr Leisure land 6 courts.
Any Team can have a one only no resident player.
Davis Cup and Fed Cup Group 3 and 4 Rules and regulations apply
If 6 or 7 Teams a Round Robin system apply (6 to 7 Days).
If 8 Teams 2 groups of 4 Teams then semi-finals and Finals system apply (7 Days).
If 10 Teams 2 groups of 5 Teams then semi-finals and Finals system apply (7 Days).
If 11 Teams 2 groups of 5 and 6 Teams then Finals system apply (7 Days).
If 12 to 16 Teams 4 groups of 3 to 4 Teams then ¼Final, semi-final and final system apply (6 Days).
Entry Deadline Sunday 28 February 2016.
Captain Meeting &Draw on 29 February @ Al Nasr L L.
Tennis Emirates and the hosting Club may take the Final Decision in regards to the Event Final Format.
First Aid Box available and ice for use by the Team Captains.
Banana, Chocolate, Tea and Coffee, Refreshment and sandwiches
